1. Using FuelFalcon
You may use FuelFalcon only if you can legally accept these Terms.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms and supervise your use.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your sign-in method.
2. Fuel-price information
FuelFalcon provides fuel-price comparisons and related station information. It does not sell fuel, operate stations, guarantee availability or arrange purchases.
Prices and station details may be delayed, incomplete or different from information displayed at a station. Update times show the latest information known to FuelFalcon but do not guarantee real-time accuracy.
Check the current price, fuel grade and station conditions before travelling or buying.
3. Acceptable use and third parties
You must not misuse FuelFalcon, bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, extract data at scale, resell protected data or use FuelFalcon unlawfully.
FuelFalcon’s software, design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to FuelFalcon. We give you a limited right to use the service for personal or internal business purposes.
FuelFalcon may link to maps, station operators and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

4. Availability, liability and contact
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, regions or data sources. FuelFalcon is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms.
We may suspend access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse FuelFalcon or create a serious security or legal risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
